The Supply Chain Network is an online platform and resource for businesses, managed by East Riding of Yorkshire Council and is solely for the purpose of helping to connect suppliers and buyers. Reference to The Supply Chain Network, therefore refer to East Riding of Yorkshire Council who manage the platform.

Registration on The Supply Chain Network is voluntary. 

The inclusion of any company name on The Supply Chain Network should not be seen as an endorsement of that company’s products and/or services. 

While every care has been taken in the preparation of the platform, The Supply Chain Network cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information it contains nor can it accept liability whatsoever for any error, misrepresentation or inaccuracy of any kind – or any loss arising there from. 

The Supply Chain Network, and the information contained within it, is set out as a general outline only and does not constitute, nor constitute any part of, an offer or contract. No individual involved in the provision of information on or via this website has any authority to make or give any representation or warranty whatever in relation to the business.

This information may be shared with trusted partner organisations, local authorities, government bodies to demonstrate the benefits of the platform, and to support ongoing use, development and potential future funding opportunities. For this reason, data will be maintained for a minimum of 10 years.
